Scottish Enterprise has shortlisted Strategem to be on a framework agreement for business consultancy work.

The frameworks cover the areas of strategy, training needs analysis and workforce development. As a result we are working with companies on a 1-2-1 basis to help develop the strength of their people and their strategy. The framework win covers the entire country.
